Description
On the two-hour guided tour you will visit three art institutions, which will impart knowledge about individual works and their stories.
The Solothurn Art Museum has an extensive collection ranging from the late Middle Ages to the present, with a focus on Swiss art of the 19th and 20th centuries. You will gain an insight into Swiss landscape painting but also works by internationally renowned artists.
The tour continues in Solothurn's newest gallery, the Löiegruebe. In the gallery, various paintings by well-known Swiss artists can be admired.
Making good art available to everyone at affordable prices is the concept of the Swiss Art Supermarket in Solothurn, where around 100 artists from Switzerland and abroad present themselves in the suburb. Learn more about the art supermarket.

Can be booked online or purchased at the Tourist Office at Hauptgasse 69 in Solothurn. The number of participants is limited.
More information
Solothurn Tourism members (on presentation of their membership card) and children up to 16 years of age benefit from free participation on a guided tour of the Old Town of Solothurn. A discount of CHF 10.00 is granted on themed tours.
